Hi/Namaste/Kem cho

Not Indian entirely. Not American entirely. Not Fresh Off the Boat. Not American Born Confused Desi. Figuring it out as I write. Join me,
it will be fun.

Parul is a former advertising copywriter and current Nancy Craig Blackburn Fellow and MFA candidate at Randolph College. She has been nominated for The Pushcart Prize, The Best of the Net, and she is a Reedsy Short Story Contest winner. Her work playfully explores the magic and the tragic of Indian American experience with humor and heart.

Parul holds degrees in Advertising and Psychology. She made penance for working in advertising by operating a childcare center for twelve years so yes, she has stories.
